my stay at hilton garden inn toledo downtown was fantastic! it was so convenient being connected to the convention center, especially since we were vendors at the jeep show. the king room was spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. i loved how comfortable the beds were, making for a pleasurable stay.

I thought the location near the ballpark was fantastic. The river views from my room were beautiful, making my mornings feel special. The room had plenty of space, making it a comfortable stay. However, check-in felt chaotic with only one clerk working despite the long line. It took a while to get my keys. The room needed some updating. the shower drain was a bit off, and I had trouble with the AC not cooling efficiently. On the bright side, the in-house restaurant had good food, although breakfast service could have been better. The staff tried hard, but it felt overwhelmed during busy hours. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it definitely requires some improvements in service and maintenance.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel! We explored the Huntington Center and Ottawa Park Golf Course nearby, both were great outings. The staff was super helpful and made our stay comfortable. Just a tip for future guests, housekeeping is every other day, which was fine, but something to keep in mind if you're in a big group.

While the overall experience was great, we did have a frustrating moment waiting for the shuttle. It took over an hour to get picked up, and we ended up taking a taxi. Not ideal when you're all ready to head out.

Great option for concert-goers

Was here for a concert. The valet was quick and pleasant, they helped us get to the venue on time. The room was super clean and had this amazing view of the city. We had a late-night snack from the restaurant right before bed and the pizza was probably one of the best I’ve had!

It wasn’t inexpensive, but you know what, for the good experience I’d say it’s acceptable.

Staying here for a hockey game was a great choice! The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walk. The staff was accommodating, helping us navigate during a busy check-in despite a large crowd. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but we did encounter some noise early in the morning which made it hard to sleep in. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider returning for another game night.
